1.     YOUR PURCHASE

1.1. These general purchase conditions ("Terms") apply when you, as a customer, purchase products from Uniadvisor's online store in Finland.

1.2. The contract for the purchase of products is created between the Customer (i.e. you or the company you represent) and Uniadvisor (Logren Investing Oy), business ID 3171421-7, when you receive your order when making a purchase through our online store.

1.3. In connection with the conclusion of the contract, the Customer accepts these Terms.

 

2.     ORDER AND SERVICE DELIVERY

2.1. When you place an order in Uniadvisor's online store, you can see the payment and delivery options available at the payment stage, as well as the delivery time, delivery costs and price.

2.2. The prices of the services are stated in euros, and they include VAT.

2.3. Uniadvisor delivers the service according to the description of each service. It is the customer's responsibility to book the appointments included in the content of the service independently from Uniadvisor's website within the time window according to the terms of each service. The exact contents and conditions of the services can be found at www.uniadvisor.fi.

 

3.     PRODUCT RETURNS

3.1. 14-day right of cancellation for individuals in electronic commerce (distance sales)

3.1.1 In remote sales, you as a consumer have 14 days to cancel your purchase without reason in accordance with the current consumer legislation. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. You can do this by e-mailing the cancellation of the service to info@uniadvisor.fi.

3.2. Complaints by individuals

3.2.1 If the service you purchased turns out to be defective, you as a consumer have the right to file a complaint. The concept of error is defined in current consumer legislation.

3.2.2. Contact Uniadvisor as soon as you notice a fault. In order for Uniadvisor to evaluate the error, you must make a complaint about the service to Uniadvisor and present a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or a copy of the receipt.

3.2.4 If you have made a complaint about a service that is not considered to be defective after our inspection, Uniadvisor will charge the inspection fee in accordance with the applicable consumer legislation.

3.2.5 If Uniadvisor has rejected your claim, you have the right to refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (https://www.kuluttajariita.fi/). Before you take the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, Uniadvisor recommends that you contact the consumer advisory service (https://www.kkv.fi/kuluttaja-asiat/kuluttajaneuvonta/), as the Consumer Disputes Board may not process your case if you, as a consumer, have not contacted the consumer advisory service first. You can also use the online complaint forum on the European Commission's website.

 

4.     PERSONAL INFORMATION

4.1   Uniadvisor processes your personal data in order to fulfill the contract we made with you and this contract is the legal basis for the processing of personal data. If you make a purchase through the online store, we process your name, address, phone number, email address, and payment and credit card information. Purchased through an online store, our partner only processes your payment and credit card information so that your purchase can be completed and managed. We also process your data on the basis of a legitimate interest in order to present you with offers, send you marketing and ask you to rate your purchases.

4.2   Uniadvisor (Logren Investing Oy), business ID 3171421-7, manages the purchase and the purchase process and is the controller of the processing of your personal data.

4.3   Uniadvisor processes your personal data in Uniadvisor. We may transfer your personal data to our partners who will process it on our behalf for the purposes mentioned above. When you choose a payment solution through our e-commerce, other partners may become data controllers.

4.4   Your personal data will be processed as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing, unless the law requires a longer storage period.

4.5   When we process your personal information on the basis that you make a purchase from us, you have the right to have the information you provide corrected if it is incorrect. You also have the right to delete the data if it is no longer needed for the intended purpose, the right to access the data you have given us, the right to data portability for data processed in connection with the purchase contract, and the right to object or in certain cases limit the processing of personal data processed on the basis of a legitimate interest.
